How much is the service call?

Our service call is $65, and it's waived entirely when you move forward with the repair. That fee covers travel and a full on-site diagnosis, so you always know exactly what you're dealing with before spending anything else.

Do you offer emergency plumbing?

Yes. We handle urgent issues like burst pipes, active leaks, overflowing toilets and total drain blockages. We're available from 6:00 AM to 11:59 PM Monday through Saturday and 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Sunday — call or text and we'll tell you honestly how quickly we can get to you.

Do you work weekends?

We do. Saturdays run our full 6:00 AM to 11:59 PM schedule and Sundays run 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with no weekend surcharge on standard work.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Chevy Chase, Maryland and serve the surrounding DMV — including Bethesda, North Bethesda, Rockville, Silver Spring, Kensington, Potomac, Garrett Park, Cabin John, Friendship Heights, Northwest Washington DC, Arlington, Alexandria, McLean, Falls Church and Fairfax. We're a mobile service business, so we come directly to your home or property.

Do you install customer-supplied fixtures?

Absolutely. If you've already bought a faucet, toilet, disposal or vanity, we'll install it. We'll also tell you up front if the part isn't a good fit for your setup, before anything gets opened.

Do you repair garbage disposals?

Yes — jams, leaks, humming units and failed motors. Many disposals can be repaired the same visit, and when replacement genuinely makes more sense we'll say so and show you why.

Do you install dishwashers?

We do, including the water line, drain connection and leak testing. We can also handle other appliance hookups such as refrigerators with ice makers and washing machines.
